We are delighted to be able to welcome international students to the school. In order to ensure that pupils and parents comply with the UK Government’s requirements on visa entry, Tettenhall College have instructed Newland Chase – a UK immigration law firm that specialises in student visas and school licences to complete and submit all visa applications, whether these are overseas applications, or renewal visas in the U.K. This will not delay the process and you can rest assured that the visa applications are in the hands of experts. Newland Chase will check all the documentation is correct and compliant and they will check the on-line application has been correctly completed before the application is submitted, this is to ensure the best chance of visa applications succeeding.
We are very fortunate to have a Medical Centre at school, staffed by qualified nurses who provide comprehensive health and care to pupils. If boarding pupils feels unwell during the school day, they can stay in the Medical Centre and an ‘in patient’ if needed.
During evenings and weekends, the boarding staff who are all first aid trained oversee the health and well-being of our pupils. Should any medical concerns arise, our school matron is available on call 24/7 to help. We can arrange doctor and dental appointments as needed.
If your child brings any medication from abroad, it must be handed over to our nurses for review. All medication is securely stored and administered as required.
