Daniel W shines on stage at the Paralympics GB Homecoming Concert

Year 7 pupil Daniel W had the remarkable opportunity to perform at the Paralympics GB Homecoming concert, held at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham on Thursday 12th September before it aired on Saturday 14th September. The event celebrated the outstanding achievements of Great Britain’s Paralympians in front of an audience of 20,000 enthusiastic fans.

Daniel, along with 21 other children from across the Midlands, formed a talented choir that took to the stage alongside British rap sensation Aitch. Together, they delivered an unforgettable performance, adding to the electrifying atmosphere of the evening. Other acts included Craig David, Sugababes and Jonas Blue.

Daniel W said, “It was such an amazing experience to perform with Aitch and other young people. I love watching the Olympics and Paralympic Games, so this is something I’ll never forget. I’m grateful for the opportunity.”
