Study Centre Supervisors and Resource Assistants  Term Time Only (25 hours per week) £7,650 to £8,400 per annum 
 
Founded in 1863, Tettenhall College is an independent, coeducational day and boarding school providing continuous quality education from nursery at age 2 to university entrance at age 18.  The College is situated on the western outskirts of Wolverhampton and stands in 33 acres of attractive grounds and is one of the leading independent schools in the West Midlands.  Recent developments have included an impressive new Study Centre and the College is therefore looking to recruit two persons to job share the post of Study Centre Supervisor and Resource Assistant.  They will be responsible primarily for the supervision of Sixth Form students and the job will also entail production of resources for the academic staff as well as the ordering of stationery etc.  The successful candidates will work Monday to Friday during term time only plus an additional 4 weeks.  It is anticipated that the successful candidates with work either a morning or an afternoon, hours of work being 9.00am to 1.00pm or 1.00pm to 6.00 pm. 

The start date for the successful candidates, if possible, will be early January 2018. The successful candidates will be able to work both independently and as a part of a team and be able to assist Sixth Form students with their studies.  They will be punctual and reliable, with the ability to work flexible hours if necessary.   Lunch is provided free of charge and a fee discount may be available for the children of staff who attend the School.  A full job description and further details are available on request from bursar@tettcoll.co.uk.  The closing date for applications is 9.00am Monday 4th December 2017. Groundsman

The College is looking to recruit a Groundsman who will have sole responsibility for the upkeep and improvement of the grounds and sports facilities.  They will also have responsibility for ensuring that the contracted-out mowing and marking of the College sports pitches is carried out to a satisfactory standard.  The successful candidate will be able to plan their own workload and be able to suggest improvements that will enhance the first impressions of the College.  An interest in grounds and landscaping is essential as is previous gardening experience.  Furthermore, they will have complete responsibility for the upkeep of the College cricket square and previous experience in this role would be advantageous.

GROUNDSMAN

Minibus Driver

The College is looking to recruit a reliable and flexible person to drive the School minibus on the morning and evening collections and at other times as required. There may be the opportunity for some weekend work.  The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday during term time only.
